The design of the Durascale is both modern and rugged. Large rubber "Bumpers" at the front and back of the scale act as stabilizers to keep the Durascale steady on uneven surfaces. They also help reduce vibration and help protect the scale from damage if dropped. This novel idea of using large soft rubber bumpers is another My Weigh innovatiion.
