What about shipping?
All shipping is done from our head office in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We ship by Canada Post: EXPEDITED GROUND SHIPPING.
I heard you offer free shipping, is this true?
Our shipping fees are as follows:
FREE SHIPPING on orders $100.00 or more
$0 to $20.00 - shipping fee of $6.00
$20.00 to $40.00 - shipping fee of $10.00
$40.00 to $60.00 - shipping fee $12.00
$60.00 to $80.00 - shipping fee $14.00
$80.00 to $99.99 - shipping fee $16.00
$100.00+ FREE SHIPPING
Jupiter offers free expedited ground shipping (with orders over $100.00 Canadian) to customers in Canada and the continental United States. International customers may email us for their postage rate.
Customers may enjoy quicker shipping if they wish to pay for faster delivery service.
How long does it take to get my package?
Jupiter ships all orders within 24-72 hours. Canadian shipments take about 8-10 days or less and United States shipments take between 11-14 days or less.
Customers are provided with Canada Post tracking numbers and they may follow their shipment on the Canada Post website. All shipments are insured against loss.
How does my package look?
Jupiter uses discreet and considerate packing boxes. Our labels say Jupiter Glass and because we use correct commodity classification numbers with duty already paid, our shipment to you crosses borders effortlessly.
With regards to credit card billing, it will say “Jupiter Glass” on your statement.
Can I return things?
Sorry, all sales are final. Please feel free to email us about any questions that you may have and our friendly & knowledgeable staff will be delighted to assist you.
Will my glass items get broken in shipping?
Jupiter double boxes all glass bongs and they are packed with very adequate packing materials.
If breakage occurs, (very rare), kindly email upon receipt of your order so that we may make things right with you. We have shipped thousands of glass items successfully.
